MFT Wednesday Sketch 213

Hello crafters! I created this card for one of my son's friends for his 11th birthday. I used the Karate Boy Pure Innocence stamp from My Favorite Things. The paper is an Echo Park collection called That's My Boy. 

Man Down!

This layout was created for the My Minds Eye December sketch challenge. I used the Boy Crazy paper line. The photo depicts bruising on my sons thigh from his all day paintball stint. He chuckled when I showed him the title. Two layouts in two days, that must be a record for me. I am just so thankful to have had this time to craft. There is nothing like playing with pretty paper! For this challenge I had to include an item from my stash for each letter in the word twine.

T - two pictures

W- boy wonder sticker

I - inked the edges of my paper

N - old but never used My Mind's Eye paper 

E - sticker embellishments

I may have pushed the envelope with a couple of the letters but it was the best I could do. I love the Scrap Our Stash Challenge blog. I have so much paper that I have never used, but as long as the challenges keep coming, there is still hope. Happy crafting!

This layout was created for the Scrap Our Stash Sketch Challenge #21. It's still sitting on my desk because I feel like it is missing something. I received this paper from one of my scrapping sisters years ago so it definitely fulfilled the stash part of the challenge. Happy crafting!

Hello crafty friends. I made this card for the Mojo Monday challenge blog. I got this cute little image free when I joined the progressive freebie challenge over on the Outlawz blog. Since I am trying to use what I have before I buy anything else, the paper is from an old Crate Paper collection called Snow Day that I purchased in 2010. Happy crafting!

Brenda's Scrappy Challenge

Hello scrappy friends. I wanted to complete this challenge before the deadline tonight at midnight. I found this pic of my son from 2010. I used a paper pack from one of my favorite companies. The paper is from the That's My Boy Collection (Echo Park). As you can see I faced a few challenges this evening. I have no idea why the pic is so small but I have to go with it in order to upload my entry before the deadline. Happy crafting!

Mad Scientist

Recently I joined a crafting group called Who Gives a Scrap! It is a community of fabulously talented ladies. They have inspired me to get back in my craft room. This layout is for the countdown challenge on Scrap Our Stash blog.I used 5 patterned papers, 4 circle stickers, 3 stamped numbers, 2 stamps,  boo to you and the date stamp, and 1 spray of Tattered Angel's glimmer mist.
